shall men come

thither because all the land

the earth (at large, or partitively a land) -- common, country, earth, field, ground, land, natins, way, + wilderness, world.
shall become briers
shamiyr  (shaw-meer')
a thorn; also (from its keenness for scratching) a gem, probably the diamond -- adamant (stone), brier, diamond.
and thorns
shayith  (shah'-yith)
scrub or trash, i.e. wild growth of weeds or briers (as if put on the field) -- thorns.
