from an unused root meaning to spread out; a field (as flat) -- country, field, ground, land, soil, wild.
and upon the fruit

fruit -- bough, (first-) fruit(-ful), reward.
of the ground
'adamah  (ad-aw-maw')
soil (from its general redness) -- country, earth, ground, husband(-man) (-ry), land.
and it shall burn
ba`ar  (baw-ar')
to kindle, i.e. consume (by fire or by eating); also to be(-come) brutish
and shall not be quenched
kabah  (kaw-baw')
to expire or (causatively) to extinguish (fire, light, anger) -- go (put) out, quench.
