from an unused root probably meaning to substantiate; support or (by implication) ability, i.e. (direct) help, (in purpose) an undertaking, (intellectual) understanding
Know
yada`  (yaw-dah')
to know (properly, to ascertain by seeing); used in a great variety of senses, figuratively, literally, euphemistically and inferentially
therefore that God
'elowahh  (el-o'-ah)
a deity or the Deity -- God, god.
exacteth
nashah  (naw-shaw')
to forget; figuratively, to neglect; causatively, to remit, remove -- forget, deprive, exact.
of thee less than thine iniquity
`avon  (aw-vone')
perversity, i.e. (moral) evil -- fault, iniquity, mischeif, punishment (of iniquity), sin.
