not they shall perish

to breathe out, i.e. (by implication) expire -- die, be dead, give up the ghost, perish.
without knowledge
da`ath  (dah'-ath)
knowledge -- cunning, (ig-)norantly, know(-ledge), (un-)awares (wittingly).
