a contemplation; by implication, an utterance -- babbling, communication, complaint, meditation, prayer, talk.
of him shall be sweet

to be agreeable -- be pleasant(-ing), take pleasure in, be sweet.
I will be glad
samach (saw-makh')
probably to brighten up, i.e. (figuratively) be (causatively, make) blithe or gleesome
in the LORD
