and they shall drink

and make a noise

to make a loud sound like Engl. hum); by implication, to be in great commotion or tumult, to rage, war, moan, clamor
as through wine

and they shall be filled

a primitive root, to fill or (intransitively) be full of, in a wide application (literally and figuratively)
like bowls
mizraq  (miz-rawk')
a bowl (as if for sprinkling) -- bason, bowl.
and as the corners
zaviyth  (zaw-veeth')
an angle (as projecting), i.e. (by implication) a corner-column (or anta) -- corner(stone).
of the altar
mizbeach  (miz-bay'-akh)
an altar -- altar.
